Four-armed Chenrezig sits on a blue lotus with two hands joined at his heart and the others holding a crystal mala and a blue flower, framed by a red-rimmed halo and a gold-coloured aureole, the painting worked mostly in shades of blue.
Two dark dragons curl through the clouds above on either side of a small Amitabha, and below, golden Manjushri raises his sword on the left and blue Vajrapani stands in flames on the right, among blue peonies and a waterfall.
