Who we share it with

We share only what each needs:

  • Shopify runs our store, checkout, chat (Shopify Inbox, including automated answers to common questions), customer accounts and our emails (Shopify Forms and Shopify Messaging). See shopify.com/legal/privacy.
  • Payments: Shopify Payments (with Stripe) and PayPal.
  • Shipping:
    • our gallery in Kathmandu, which packs your order;
    • the courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS or SF Express), which needs your name, address, phone and the parcel's contents and value for customs.
  • Reviews: Judge.me, which sends review requests and shows reviews.
  • Measurement and advertising, only with your consent where required:
    • Google (Analytics, Ads and Merchant Center);
    • Meta (Facebook and Instagram);
    • Pinterest;
    • Microsoft (Clarity session recordings, and Bing).
  • When the law requires it, or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and your choices

  • Visitors in the EU, UK and similar regions see a cookie banner. Analytics and advertising cookies load only if you accept them.
  • You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of the site.
  • Elsewhere, you can block cookies in your browser and opt out of personalised ads at:
    • adssettings.google.com;
    • facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads;
    • optout.aboutads.info.

Microsoft Clarity records how visitors use our pages, such as clicks and scrolling, so we can fix problems. It masks what you type.

Where your information goes

We're based in Australia, our gallery is in Nepal, and our service providers store data in Canada, the United States, the EU and elsewhere. Where the law requires it, these transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards (see Shopify's privacy policy for its own).

How long we keep it

  • Order records: at least 5 years, as Australian tax law requires.
  • Newsletter address: until you unsubscribe.
  • Messages: as long as we need them to help you, then deleted.

Automated decisions

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects. To prevent fraud, Shopify briefly blocks IP addresses and cards linked to repeated failed payments.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

  • show you the information we hold about you;
  • correct it;
  • delete it;
  • send it to you or another service;
  • stop using it for marketing or for purposes based on our legitimate interests.

You can also withdraw consent you've given. Email hello@craftsoftibet.com. We'll reply within 30 days, and won't treat you differently for asking.

If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to:

  • in Australia, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au);
  • in the UK, the ICO (ico.org.uk);
  • in the EU, your national data protection authority.

Children

Our store isn't aimed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We'll update this page when our practices change, and show the date at the top.
