Kalachakra Monogram Mandala Thangka – 55×55 cm, Fine Grade · MH-9135
At the centre stands the Kalachakra ten-syllable monogram, the 'all-powerful ten' (Namchu Wangden), its stacked letters in green, red, white and yellow topped by a sun, moon and flame, on a lotus set against a gold-coloured lattice, with seed syllables in roundels around it.
Rings of lotus petals, blue water, roundels with the eight auspicious symbols and a band of coloured Kalachakra mantra syllables surround it, set on a red ground with offerings of the senses in the corners.
Hand-painted in Nepal on cotton canvas.

At its centre stands the Kalachakra ten-syllable monogram, the "all-powerful ten" (Namchu Wangden): ten letters stacked into one emblem and topped by a sun, moon and flame. The monogram sums up the Kalachakra teachings in a single sign and is often painted on its own or at the heart of a mandala.
