Laxmi Thangka – 45×60 cm, Fine Grade
Laxmi, goddess of wealth and good fortune, sits on a large pink lotus holding pink lotuses in her upper hands, gold-coloured coins falling from her lower hands, framed by layered pink, green and blue haloes and a gold-coloured aureole set with jewels.
Clouds roll across the sky above green hills and rivers, and an offering of jewels and elephant tusks lies at the foot of the lotus.
Hand-painted in Nepal on cotton canvas. Unmounted: it comes rolled, ready to frame or to have mounted.
