Sri Yantra Mandala Thangka – 56×56 cm, Classic Grade
At the centre, nested red and white triangles interlock in a Sri Yantra-style star on a dark red disc scattered with small gold-coloured flowers, inside a yellow ring.
Around it, a zone shading from pale blue to green holds peonies, an endless knot and other motifs in gold-coloured patterning, and rings of Tibetan mantra script in gold-coloured line work circle out across green and then black, divided by bands of lotus petals touched with red and closed by a rim of gold-coloured cloud scrolls.
Pink and olive-green peonies fill the four black corners, inside an orange border.
Hand-painted in Nepal on cotton canvas.
Size: 56 × 56 cm (22.0 × 22.0 in), including the painted border. Hand-painted, so allow ±1–2 cm. Size guide →
About Sri Yantra Mandala
The Sri Yantra is a pattern of nine interlocking triangles around a central point, from the Hindu Shakta tradition. It is prized for its exact geometry, which painters construct line by line.
