About this thangka
Shipping & Return

Nairatmya, dark blue and wrathful with three eyes, dances on one leg on a reclining white figure on a lotus, raising a curved knife in the right hand and holding a skull cup at the heart, with a staff hung with heads against the left shoulder and a long garland of heads around the body.

Golden flames rise behind the figure under a deep blue sky with colourful clouds, and green hills, a river and an offering of jewels fill the landscape below.

Hand-painted in Nepal on cotton canvas. Unmounted: it comes rolled, ready to frame or to have mounted.

Size: 53 × 67 cm (20.9 × 26.4 in), including the painted border. Hand-painted, so allow ±1–2 cm. Size guide →

In the box: the painting, rolled (never folded) in a strong tube.
