Vajrakilaya Thangka – 50×71 cm, Fine Grade
Blue Vajrakilaya stands in a wide stance with three faces of yellow, blue and red, six arms and outspread green wings, rolling a ritual dagger between his central hands while his other hands hold vajras, a skull cup, a dark flame and a staff, crowned with skulls and embracing his pale blue consort.
He tramples two figures on a golden sun disc on a large pink lotus, before a mass of orange and gold-coloured flames, with a green garuda holding a snake above his head and a blue Buddha embracing a white consort on a lotus at the top.
Golden and pink clouds drift across a teal sky above green hills, snow peaks and bare trees, and two skull cups of offerings and a white head crowned with flames rest on the water below, inside an orange border.
