Dorje Phagmo Thangka – 41×60 cm, Fine Grade
Red Dorje Phagmo dances on her left leg on a corpse lying on a yellow sun disc and a lotus, her right leg drawn up, with three eyes, a black sow's head beside her own and a crown of five skulls.
She raises a curved knife in her right hand and holds a skull cup at her heart in her left, a staff topped with a vajra and hung with heads and a white scarf rests on her left shoulder, and a garland of heads and bone ornaments hang over her body.
A blue aureole of fine rays inside an orange-red frame patterned with scrolls surrounds her, set against a blue sky with clouds, green hills, trees and a river, with an offering of jewels and tusks below, inside a red border.

About Dorje Phagmo
Vajravarahi, "Vajra Sow", is a red dancing female deity with a small sow's head in her hair, holding a curved knife and a skull cup. She is the consort of Chakrasamvara and a meditation deity in her own right.
