Shipping & Return

Yamantaka, the buffalo-headed conqueror of death, stands in union with his consort before dark green flames, his many arms fanned out in blue and his feet trampling figures on a golden lotus base.

Tsongkhapa and other teachers sit on clouds at the top, a two-armed and a six-armed wrathful deity in flames fill the upper corners, and protectors in flames surround the central figure on every side, from a white six-armed deity on the left to a red protector on the right, with more riding mounts along the base.

Hand-painted in Nepal on cotton canvas. Unmounted: it comes rolled, ready to frame or to have mounted.

Size: 85 × 123 cm (33.5 × 48.4 in), including the painted border. Hand-painted, so allow ±1–2 cm. Size guide →

In the box: the painting, rolled (never folded) in a strong tube.

Also in this painting: Tsongkhapa, teachers, wrathful protectors
