Chenrezig Thangka – 57×76 cm, Fine Grade
Four-armed Chenrezig sits on a lotus with two hands joined at his heart holding a blue jewel and the others holding a crystal mala and a blue lotus, framed by a gold-coloured aureole of scrollwork against a grey-blue ground, among red peonies.
Red Amitabha sits at the top centre between two groups of offering figures under canopies, and below, golden Manjushri sits on the left and wrathful blue Vajrapani stands in flames on the right, with snow peaks and a river in the landscape.
Hand-painted in Nepal on cotton canvas. Unmounted: it comes rolled, ready to frame or to have mounted.

About Chenrezig
Chenrezig (Avalokiteshvara) is the bodhisattva of compassion. In his most common Tibetan form he is white with four arms, two hands joined at his heart and the others holding a crystal mala and a lotus; his mantra, Om Mani Padme Hum, is the best known in Tibet.
