Green Tara sits on a large pink lotus in the Newar style, her left leg drawn up and her right foot stepping down onto a small lotus, her hands holding the stems of blue lotuses, framed by a gold-coloured aureole of scrolling patterns.
A great tree spreads its branches and curling clouds across the dark teal ground above her, and broad leaves curl around the lotus below.
Hand-painted in Nepal on cotton canvas. Unmounted: it comes rolled, ready to frame or to have mounted.
