Lokeshwor Mantra Mandala Thangka – 56×56 cm, Fine Grade · ET-6119
Eleven-headed, thousand-armed Lokeshwor stands on a pink lotus at the centre, his main hands joined at his heart and his many hands forming a pale halo inside a gold-coloured aureole, in a small roundel with orange peonies, white-capped peaks and blue waves under a blue and orange sky.
Around him, a ring of gold-coloured and silver-coloured scrollwork on black holds auspicious symbols such as an endless knot and a wheel, and rings of gold-coloured Tibetan mantra script circle out across a wide blue disc to a rim of gold-coloured scrollwork set with small red panels.
Red and blue flowers with green leaves fill the orange corners, inside a green edge.
Hand-painted in Nepal on cotton canvas.
Size: 56 × 56 cm (22.0 × 22.0 in), including the painted border. Hand-painted, so allow ±1–2 cm. Size guide →

About Mantra Mandala
A mantra mandala arranges the syllables of a mantra, most often Om Mani Padme Hum, in rings around a central seed syllable. Each ring is lettered by hand, and the finest are painted in fine gold-coloured script on black.
