Mantra Mandala Thangka – 77×77 cm, Fine Grade · MH-15492
At the centre, a six-pointed star encloses a red Om, set in a blue disc of script; rings of tiny Tibetan mantra script in gold-coloured line work circle out across a disc shading from pale turquoise to deep teal.
A rim of coloured lotus petals and scroll patterning closes the circle, on an orange ground with offerings of the senses in the corners: fruit, a conch, cymbals and a mirror.
Hand-painted in Nepal on cotton canvas. Unmounted: it comes rolled, ready to frame or to have mounted.
Size: 77 × 77 cm (30.3 × 30.3 in), including the painted border. Hand-painted, so allow ±1–2 cm. Size guide →
In the box: the painting, rolled (never folded) in a strong tube.
About Mantra Mandala
A mantra mandala arranges the syllables of a mantra, most often Om Mani Padme Hum, in rings around a central seed syllable. Each ring is lettered by hand, and the finest are painted in fine gold-coloured script on black.
