Mantra Mandala Thangka – 107×107 cm, Classic Grade
Dozens of concentric rings of Tibetan mantra script, repeating Om Mani Padme Hum, are painted in gold-coloured line work on black, circling out from a gold-coloured Om at the centre.
A gold-coloured border of arched panels and fine patterning closes the circle, the four corners are left plain black, and a beige border frames the whole.
Hand-painted in Nepal on cotton canvas.
Size: 107 × 107 cm (42.1 × 42.1 in), including the painted border. Hand-painted, so allow ±1–2 cm. Size guide →
About Mantra Mandala
A mantra mandala arranges the syllables of a mantra, most often Om Mani Padme Hum, in rings around a central seed syllable. Each ring is lettered by hand, and the finest are painted in fine gold-coloured script on black.
