Mantra Mandala Thangka – 55×61 cm, Fine Grade · MH-3208
Rings of Tibetan mantra script in gold-coloured line work on a deep green disc surround a six-petalled lotus of coloured syllables with Om at the centre.
Two phoenixes fly above the circle and two dragons, one red and one green, rise below it among gold-coloured clouds and flames, with jewels between them, columns of Tibetan script down both sides, and dharma wheels in the corners, all on black.
Hand-painted in Nepal on cotton canvas. Unmounted: it comes rolled, ready to frame or to have mounted.

A mantra mandala arranges the syllables of a mantra, most often Om Mani Padme Hum, in rings around a central seed syllable. Each ring is lettered by hand, and the finest are painted in fine gold-coloured script on black.
