Rings of Tibetan mantra script, repeating Om Mani Padme Hum in gold-coloured line work, circle out across a disc that shades from pale blue at the centre to deep navy at the edge.

At the heart, white four-armed Chenrezig sits on a pink lotus with his first two hands joined at his heart, framed by a green halo, inside a roundel of gold-coloured scrollwork ringed with white flowers and blue, green and orange petals.

Gold-coloured peonies fill the four black corners, and a blue border of gold-coloured mantra script frames the whole.

Hand-painted in Nepal on cotton canvas.

Size: 110 × 110 cm (43.3 × 43.3 in), including the painted border. Hand-painted, so allow ±1–2 cm. Size guide →

About Mantra Mandala

A mantra mandala arranges the syllables of a mantra, most often Om Mani Padme Hum, in rings around a central seed syllable. Each ring is lettered by hand, and the finest are painted in fine gold-coloured script on black.
